Vortex does not collect, store, or process any personal data. We do not use cookies, analytics services, tracking pixels, or any other form of user monitoring.
Vortex does not require user registration or account creation. There are no login systems, email collection forms, or user profiles.
When you download content through Vortex, files are temporarily processed on our servers. These temporary files are automatically deleted within 10 minutes of creation. No record of your downloads is maintained.
A temporary identifier derived from your connection is used solely for rate limiting purposes to ensure fair usage of the service. This identifier is stored only in server memory and is never written to disk, logged, or shared with third parties. Rate limit records are automatically cleared every 60 seconds.
Vortex uses your browser's localStorage to save your download preferences (quality, format, codec settings). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Vortex does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external connections made are to the content platforms you request downloads from (e.g., YouTube, Spotify).
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
